Check Out BBQ Fest on the Neuse in Kinston NC!

Summer events in Kinston, NC, are approaching! From Friday, May 7, to Saturday, May 8, a few Downtown Kinston blocks will be taken over by the area’s finest BBQ experts as they take on North Carolina’s largest whole-hog BBQ festival. BBQ Fest on the Neuse is back after the 2020 event was cancelled due to the threat of the coronavirus. And cook teams are returning in full force to fight for trophies, cash prizes, and bragging rights.

BBQ Fest on the Neuse in Downtown Kinston, NC

Professional and backyard cooks are the ones battling it out, but you are the one who really gets to take advantage of the festivities. Come for the vendors and amusement rides on Friday, and stay for the car show and BBQ judging on Saturday. There are plenty of activities for the kids, from crafts to games, and adults can enjoy our local winery and brewery vendors. BBQ Fest on the Neuse has something for everyone!
